What is your pet policy?
We love animals! We allow cats and certain breeds of dogs, upon approval. $250 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25/month pet fee.
What is the criteria to rent?
Non-smoker. Verifiable income that is 3x rent. No prior evictions. Reference checks.
